Our Mission

Hominy Farm uses past culinary experience as a catalyst to promote a plant oriented diet through naturally leavened baked goods. Our humble homestead and bakery is an ode to Mother Nature, integrating zero waste practices while using locally grown and milled grains along with fresh produce as additions to their wood fired breads. Hominy Farm promises to leave the Earth better then we found it by sourcing ingredients with care, creating zero waste, and working toward a greater biodiversity in NC agriculture by planting seeds and trees on the homestead year round.
